Madensan Makine, 1992 yılından bu yana kırma–eleme makineleri, maden zenginleştirme makineleri ve proses tesisleri alanında mühendislik, tasarım ve imalat faaliyetleri yürüten, sektörde uzmanlaşmış bir firmadır.

Proses Bilgisine Dayalı Mühendislik Yaklaşımı
Madensan Makine, kırma, eleme, öğütme ve zenginleştirme süreçlerini birbirinden bağımsız değil, tek bir proses zinciri olarak ele alır.
Bu yaklaşım doğrultusunda; kırma–eleme makineleri, jig sistemleri, flotasyon makineleri, sallantılı masa tesisleri, manyetik separatörler, değirmenler, yıkama sistemleri ve termal proses ekipmanları birbirleriyle uyumlu çalışacak şekilde tasarlanır. Amaç; tesisin her aşamasında dengeli besleme, minimum kayıp ve maksimum verim elde edilmesidir.

Maden Zenginleştirme Makineleri ve Tesisleri
Jig makineleri ve jig tesisleri, flotasyon makineleri ve flotasyon tesisleri, sallantılı masa sistemleri ve manyetik separatör tesisleri; cevherin mineralojik yapısına göre özel olarak tasarlanır ve uygulanır.
Öğütme Sistemleri (Değirmenler)
Bilyalı, çubuklu ve otojen değirmen sistemleri; cevherin mikronize boyutlara indirilmesini sağlayarak flotasyon ve ince ayırma proseslerine uygun ürün elde edilmesine hizmet eder.
Yıkama Sistemleri
Helezonlu yıkayıcılar, tromel yıkayıcılar ve kovalı yıkayıcılar; cevher ve agregalardaki kil, toprak ve istenmeyen ince malzemenin uzaklaştırılması amacıyla kullanılır.
Döner Fırınlar ve Termal Proses Sistemleri
Cevher kurutma fırınları ve kalsinasyon fırınları; termal işlem gerektiren maden proseslerinde kontrollü ve verimli çözümler sunar.
Komple Maden ve Agrega Tesisleri
Madensan Makine, yukarıda belirtilen tüm sistemleri kapsayan komple tesis çözümleri üretmekte; tasarım, imalat ve entegrasyonu bütüncül bir anlayışla gerçekleştirmektedir.

Madensan Machinery considers the crushing, screening, grinding, and enrichment processes not as independent processes, but as a single process chain.

Crushing and Screening Machines and Plants
Crushing and screening systems consisting of jaw crushers, impact crushers, tertiary crushers, cone and vertical shaft crushers, screen systems, feeders and conveyors are designed to obtain particle sizes suitable for enrichment processes.
Mineral Enrichment Machines and Plants
Jig machines and jig plants, flotation machines and flotation plants, shaking table systems and magnetic separator plants are specially designed and implemented according to the mineralogical structure of the ore.
Grinding Systems (Mills)
